We’re looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our Growth & Partnerships team. This hybrid role blends outbound prospecting, relationship building, and deal closing—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and build lists of potential CPA firm partners
- Reach out via email, calls, LinkedIn, and more
- Qualify leads based on firm profile and readiness to partner
Appointment Setting
- Book 3+ quality appointments daily from your own outreach
- Use CRM and scheduling tools to ensure 90%+ show-up rates
- Follow up and manage your own pipeline
Deal Closing
- Independently manage and close qualified partner leads, particularly for smaller firms or solo practitioners.
- Conduct live demonstrations of Juan's software to showcase its value and functionality to potential partners.
- Represent the company in external-facing engagements by showcasing and demonstrating the software’s features during events, trade shows, and online presentations.
- Present Juan’s partnership offering, address objections, and negotiate terms.
- Ensure accurate documentation of closed deals in the CRM and coordinate with onboarding teams for a seamless transition.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Log all activity and notes in our CRM (accuracy is key!)
- Track pipeline stages, performance, and outcomes
- Collaborate with other reps and onboarding consultants to ensure seamless partner experiences
Collaboration & Feedback
- Take over qualified appointments set by other reps when needed
- Share insights with the Growth, Product, and Onboarding teams
- Be a voice for our partners and help us continuously improve
What Success Looks Like
- 100+ outreach attempts/day across channels
- 3+ appointments booked/day with decision-makers
- 90%+ show-up rate for scheduled calls
- Monthly partnership deals closed
- 100% CRM compliance—no ghosted leads or missed follow-ups
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 2+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development
- A proven track record of closing deals (bonus points if in SaaS or accounting-related solutions)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is a strong advantage but not required.
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any accounting related course.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Experience working with or selling to accounting firms? That’s a big plus!

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
