- Handle end-to-end US payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Record and reconcile payroll transactions in Yardi accounting system.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee compensation data.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related journal entries and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed.
- Ensure timely tax filings and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in US payroll, with hands-on expertise in Yardi Voyager
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and suggest process improvements
