- Perform accurate computation of wages, tax withholdings, and company contributions.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production.
- Maintain employee records; ensure payroll information complies with company policy and legalities.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field required.
- Experience Level: at least 1 year of payroll processing or related experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, proficiency in payroll software, understanding of tax and labor laws.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Accurately processing payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing payroll discrepancies, preparing reports.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard work hours with occasional overtime during payroll cycles.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, confidential, reliable, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
