Description
- Supervise pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with pool rules.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area.
- Monitor chemical levels and maintain water quality.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor pool areas, assist guests, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work environment, exposure to sun, water, and varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, attentive to detail, friendly, and proactive in assisting guests.
