  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools to ensure water quality and safety.
  • Monitor chemical levels and adjust treatment processes as needed.
  • Inspect pool equipment and systems (filters, pumps, etc.) for proper functioning and conduct repairs as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service to pool users and address any concerns promptly.
  • Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in pool maintenance or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance techniques, ability to handle chemicals safely.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and good communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Work may involve exposure to outdoor elements and chemicals; must be physically fit to perform manual tasks.
