Description

1. Develop and maintain relationships with furniture customers in the United States.

2. Contact customers by phone and email to achieve sales targets.

3. Gain a thorough understanding of our furniture products including design concepts, materials, craftsmanship etc. and effectively convey the product value to customers.

4. Provide professional furniture configuration suggestions and solutions based on customer needs to facilitate order closing.

5. Track the fulfillment of orders, ensure customer satisfaction and actively seek repeat purchases and recommendations.

6. Collect market information and customer feedback, and report to the company in a timely manner to inform the company of product development and marketing strategies.

1. Marketing, Business English or related majors.

2. At least 2 years of sales experience is required. Candidates with experience in the furniture industry will be given priority.

3. Excellent oral and written English communication skills, capable of conducting smooth business communication with clients.

4. Strong communication skills and negotiation skills, capable of establishing and maintaining good customer relationships.

5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic system operations.

6. Clear goals, proactive and able to withstand pressure and achieve goals.

Understand American culture and the market, and be able to adapt to a cross -cultural working environment.
