Descrição:
- Preventive maintenance of all exhaust fan / pump room / STp / cooling tower / smoke evacuator
- Control panel technician
- Assist contractor
- Decloged and assist sewer line (plumber)
- Assist electrician and ac tech
- Monitoring of Equipment
- Do on Call duties as needed
Requisito
- At least college graduate or undergraduate of any engineering course or technical course of mechanical, industrial and electrical
- With experience in the same field is a must
- With Certificate of employment
- At least with TESDA Certificate as Welder
- Flexible and can work on a fast-paced environment
- Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
- Experience of working within the malls preferred but not essential
- Punctuality and reliability are very important
