- Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments to forecast inventory needs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and procurement transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare reports on inventory and procurement performance.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in procurement or inventory management.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and proficiency in inventory management techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
