Primarily responsible in the effective and efficient facilitation of parts ordering, parts inventory and analysis of fast and slow moving parts as well as stock levels

• Facilitates the processing of parts and accessories order in accordance with the guidelines and standards in parts ordering
• Monitors and updates status of parts ordered/ claims on required parts ordering system/ monitoring database
• Updates/ monitors the following parts and accessories inventory/ details thru the required Dealer Management System/ Database in accordance to the guidelines and standards
• Facilitates/ supports the conduct of regular and periodic parts inventory count and parts condition analysis as instructed by his/her immediate head and in partnership with Audit department
• Ensures that all updates and changes in parts and accessories details are properly coordinated with warehouseman for updating of bin cards and parts location.

• Education: Any four year Business related course
• Work Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience
