  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and budgetary requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and delivery speed.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements for the company.
  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring on-time procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely procurement of necessary resources.
  • Stay informed about market trends, new products, and industry best practices to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Analyze procurement data and prepare reports to track key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decision-making.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels to minimize excess inventory and reduce costs.
  • Performs other tasks or special projects related to assigned role and position.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Having a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
  • With proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Procurement Manager in the construction industry or related field.
  • With knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry trends.
  • With strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be willing to report onsite.
