Description
- Assists and facilitates selection of qualified Suppliers/Providers capable to produce at reasonable price on required quality, volume, and services.
- Monitors and evaluates continuous compliance of Suppliers/Providers to agreed terms and conditions, discards those with inefficient services and noncompliance.
- Records and prepares payment request and coordiantes processing with Accounting and cash management section.
- Maintains files, keeps confidential and pertinent data/documents of the department.
- Checks timely delivery schedule of all Suppliers and the accuracy of delivered items.
- Evaluates, coordinates and monitors with Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor the stock level required per item especially on season with promotions and continuous events.
- Communicates changes on specifications or replacement items for a particular product and status of ordered items.
- Creates comparative analysis for selected and qualified Suppliers.
- Processes P.O and other documents needed for chosen Suppliers and secures approval from CMO.
- Performs other duties as required or directed by the immediate Superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or Supply Chain
- With essential skills such as communication, negotiation, analytical, attention to details, time and relationship management, risk and contract management, strategic sourcing and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis
- With 1 year experience as Procurement Staff
- Ability to work well independently and with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
