Job Description
Description
- Develop, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service levels, and contractual agreements to optimize value.
- Conduct vendor onboarding, qualification, and periodic performance evaluations.
- Ensure suppliers comply with company requirements, legal standards, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align supplier capabilities.
- Manage vendor databases, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor market trends, supplier risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, quality discrepancies, and service disputes.
- Support procurement reporting, spend analysis, and vendor performance dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in vendor management and procurement processes.
Requirements
- Has a bachelor's degree in any related field.
- We are open to experienced candidates.
- Has knowledge in the accreditation process.
- Familiar with procurement systems.
