User Experience Research and Analysis: Responsible for conducting user experience research, collecting and analyzing user needs and feedback, and developing user experience improvement plans;
Product Design and Optimization: Design and optimize product features and user interfaces based on user needs and market trends to enhance user experience;
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with customer service, operations, marketing, research and development, and design teams to ensure the accurate communication and efficient implementation of product requirements;
User Experience Testing: Design and implement user experience testing, analyze test results, and provide improvement suggestions;
User Behavior Data Analysis: Monitor user behavior using data analysis tools, identify issues in user experience, and propose solutions;
Product Documentation Writing: Write and maintain product requirement documents, user manuals, and other related documentation;
Market and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors to optimize products and maintain a competitive edge;

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field;
Work Experience: More than 3 years of product experience, with at least 2 years focused on C-end user experience; candidates with a background in industry, fintech, or the internet sector are preferred; [leaders require 5 years of experience, with 3 years focused on user experience]
Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with user experience design principles and methods, with extensive experience in user research, user testing, and data analysis;
Skills Requirements: Proficiency in user experience design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Axure, etc.), candidates with basic front-end development knowledge are preferred;
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical, design, and marketing teams;
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, able to drive product decisions through data;
Innovative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and solve problems, capable of proposing innovative user experience solutions;
Language Proficiency: Due to the need for regular communication with overseas stakeholders, fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are a basic requirement; familiarity with other languages is preferred.
