- 具有3年以上金融/交易所產品經驗，熟悉數字貨幣理財、礦池產品邏輯
- 有礦機理財、算力交易產品或交易所系統從0到1搭建經驗者優先
- 熟悉區塊鏈技術原理（智能合約、錢包管理）、金融理財產品結構（如結構化理財、定活期理財）及礦池運作模式
- 英語口語流利，可對接海外團隊或用戶
