Implement and enforce safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Lead safety training sessions for employees
Monitor and evaluate workplace practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Assist in the development and maintenance of safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Collaborate with management and team members to resolve any safety concerns promptly.
Ensure that safety equipment and procedures are up to date and fully operational

Completion of Safety Officer 2 training (required).
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of safety programs, practices, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to lead and conduct safety training sessions for employees.
Basic understanding of Food Safety regulations and ISO standards.
Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate safety protocols across all levels of the organization.
