A crew or production worker helps to improve our production line. You’ll perform various tasks, prepare the required materials for the production run, and keep the facility clean by removing debris and trash to ensure safety. 

Note that this position demands stamina and good physical condition, as you’ll have to lift light loads regularly to heavy loads.

1. Assist the operator during the production, provide help in preparing the required materials needed during the production run

2. Feeding the machines with the right materials during production to avoid stoppage

3. Properly arrange the cigarette filter rods that come out from the machine

4. Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the working area

5. Help checking the product output of the machine through visual inspection and report on specs output

6. Keeping records of final products for traceability and reconciliation. 

1. Basic understanding of production procedures and willingness to be trained
2. Observance of health and safety regulations
