Description
- Assist in daily production operations and maintain equipment.
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in production or similar roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, Operations management, Food safety protocols, Quality standards, Inventory management, Project management
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced production environment, standing for long periods, adherence to safety regulations
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, ability to work in a team
