Description
- Maximize the utilization of resources to meet productivity and quality goals
- Drive improvements on the process and the whole production line
- Ensure quality production output and meet delivery requirements
- Implement the department's established policies
- Ensures machine’s efficiency and good running condition at all times
Requirements
- Candidate must be an Engineering graduate preferably in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial or its equivalent
- With at least 8 years of experience in supervisory function
- Proven leadership skills and strong decision-making skills
- Team player and with good interpersonal skills
