Description
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage team performance and provide training and support.
- Implement safety and compliance standards in the workplace.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and supply inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
- At least 2 years in a production supervisory role and production management gained thru manufacturing industry
- Proficient in MS Office , ERP program, INFORLIN
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
