Oversees a production team to ensure that production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are met efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring daily operations, providing training and coaching, managing production schedules and quality control, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of production processes and manufacturing environments

• 3-5 years experience as Production Team Leader in a Modular Cabinetries/Fit out works.
• Can do basic troubleshooting of wood working machines
• Can do cutting list and review shop drawings
• Expertise in Interior Fit out/Architectural works in advanced
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards and company policies. 
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and ensure the proper stock rotation of supplies and materials. 
• Track attendance, provide performance feedback, and develop opportunities for personal growth and technical skill development for team members.
