Hiring: Project Manager / Senior Designer

RGA Wood Products Manufacturing is looking for a highly capable Project Manager / Senior Designer to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role for someone with proven experience in managing interior or modular furniture projects from concept to completion.

You’ll lead the design process, manage timelines and team coordination, and ensure projects are delivered with both creative integrity and technical accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who values excellence, execution, and the opportunity to grow with a company that’s building something long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full project lifecycle—from inquiry to installation
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and estimators
• Review and finalize 3D designs and technical drawings
• Coordinate timelines and handovers with the production team
• Lead client meetings, present proposals, and secure approvals
• Monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in interior design, furniture, or fit-out projects
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and technical drawing review
• Strong understanding of design feasibility, materials, and build process
• Clear communicator with excellent project coordination skills
• Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple projects at once
• Must be based in or near Las Piñas (on-site work required)
