Job Description
- Take full responsibility for the management and coordination of multiple Web3 development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.) to develop project plans, break down project tasks, and oversee implementation.
- Drive and implement agile development processes, making flexible adjustments based on project requirements.
- Conduct risk management and problem-solving to identify and mitigate potential challenges within projects.
- Responsible for project progress reporting, providing regular updates on project status to management and key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a positive team collaboration environment.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.
