Take full responsibility for the management and coordination of multiple Web3 development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.) to develop project plans, break down project tasks, and oversee implementation.
Drive and implement agile development processes, making flexible adjustments based on project requirements.
