Plan & Coordinate

• Translate business goals into clear scopes, requirements, budgets, and resource plans for multiple concurrent projects (AI solutions, mobile apps, web platforms).
• Build and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and delivery plans with clear milestones and dependencies.

Lead Cross-Functional Execution

• Orchestrate work across frontend and backend engineers, designers, data/AI teams, QA, and operations; run standups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of technical roles to strengthen team capacity.

Ship Great Products

• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping through testing, release, and post-launch retros.
• Uphold quality standards for UX and functionality; ensure acceptance criteria and definitions of done are clear and met.

Stakeholder Management

• Provide concise, actionable status updates and risk/issue logs to clients and senior leadership.
• Translate technical details for non-technical audiences and capture decisions, trade-offs, and follow-ups.

Process, Documentation & Tooling

• Maintain lightweight, useful documentation (requirements, runbooks, technical guides, workflows).
• Improve internal processes and tools (e.g., automations, dashboards) to increase delivery speed and reliability.

Quality & Risk

• Embed QA practices (test plans, UAT coordination, bug triage); track and drive resolution of defects.
• Anticipate risks, run mitigation/contingency plans, and keep projects on time and within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4-10 years in project or product management within a tech environment shipping web and/or mobile products on an enterprise level.
• Hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies and working with designers and engineers.

Skills

• Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
• Competent in business analysis, requirements gathering, requirements writing/documentation, and UX/functional acceptance criteria.
• Strong organization and prioritization; comfortable juggling multiple projects.
• Clear, empathetic communication; excellent facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with modern PM tooling (e.g., Jira/Linear, Notion/Confluence, Gantt/roadmap tools).
• Exposure to AI/ML products or data-heavy initiatives.
• Experience coordinating mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web releases.
• Certifications (PMP, ScrumMaster, Agile) are a plus.
