Design and deploy market-making strategies;

Execute live trading and risk controls based on order book microstructure;

Conduct weekly reviews and synchronize OKR progress; participate in weekend on-call rotations during periods of volatility.

Requirements:

Background in science, engineering, or finance; experience in quantitative or crypto asset secondary market trading/research; market-making experience;

Familiar with the fee structures and margin/forced liquidation rules of major exchanges.
