1. Responsible for project management, collaborating with headquarters PM, following company project management standards, regularly reporting and synchronizing project information to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects;

2. Responsible for project testing, developing testing plans and supervising execution, controlling testing progress and quality, and being accountable for delivery results;

3. Responsible for on-site implementation requirement research, implementation plan design, formulating implementation plans, and controlling project implementation progress and acceptance;

4. Responsible for defining reasonable arrangements for simultaneous multi-projects and personnel allocation, fully utilizing project team members and resources from various departments within the company to ensure implementation work is completed as planned, facilitating smooth execution and payment collection;

5. Responsible for deeply exploring customer business needs and suggestions for software improvement, providing timely feedback, tracking, and resolving issues to strengthen customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction;
