Role Overview:
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and execute key projects and manage daily tasks for OzLiving. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
• Execute and monitor projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to align objectives and milestones.
Operations Coordination
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Team Collaboration
• Serve as point of contact for internal and external communications related to projects and operations.
• Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, operations, or a similar role is preferred. Experience in startups or finance is a plus, but not required.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a strong focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make well-informed decisions.
