Position : Project Sales Architect (hardware lockset)

• develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on lockset products and security solution
• identify and secure opportunities to prepare door and hardware specifications
• manage day to day contact with buyers and other customer representatives
• coordinate with clients to define project requirements and objectives
• prospect for new business opportunties and build a pipeline of potential projects
• developing sales strategies, manaing projects from spec to installation and builidng relationships with architects and builders

• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• graduate preferably engineer with strong experiences in project sales
• should have excellent relations with artitects, builders and contractors
• proven experience in sales, particularly in a technical or architectural setting is essential
• not more than 50 years old
