Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular inspections and report on project progress.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving during construction phases.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in design management, project planning, and problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Site visits in various weather conditions, adherence to safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communicator, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
