Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects on-site.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and report on daily activities.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with PRC license
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management software, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: On-site presence required, potential exposure to outdoor elements.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in teams.
