Job Description
- Design and analysis: Conduct structural and geotechnical analyses to determine the project's foundation, layout, and structural integrity. This involves using software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Permitting and compliance: Prepare permit documents and ensure the project meets all federal, state, and local requirements, including building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Site supervision: Oversee daily construction activities on site, monitor work quality, and conduct field inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Project coordination: Act as a liaison between various parties, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Documentation and reporting: Keep detailed records of project progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Problem-solving: Apply problem-solving skills to address civil site development challenges that arise during the project.
