Project Manager (Electrical Engineer – MEPF)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with an Electrical Engineering background and solid experience in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) for high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate has successfully handled 20+ high-rise developments and can lead full-cycle project delivery from planning to turnover.

• Lead and oversee day-to-day project operations and site activities across high-rise developments.
• Coordinate MEPF design, review, implementation, and quality control to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage timelines, budgets, procurement schedules, and safety compliance across all phases of construction.
• Monitor progress reports, identify project risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all local building codes, electrical standards, and safety protocols.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project milestones.

• Licensed Electrical Engineer (required).
• At least 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in MEPF systems.
• Proven track record in managing 20 or more high-rise projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools, construction methodologies, and technical documentation.
