Description
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and property values.
- Provide expert advice on property investment and management.
- Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business, real estate, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in property sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong store and key account sales skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some client site visits, flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
