Responsible for the upkeep and preventive maintenance on all facility, mechanical, electrical and other installed system to ensure safety standards.
Responsible for the supervision of all maintenance and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation.
Perform facility and equipment inspections and report on conditions affecting operations, determine the need for repairs of renovations and recommend actions to be taken.
Prepare and ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance of all major and minor equipment of the building.
Conducts inspection of all on-going construction/renovation works and ensure compliance with the property's standards.
Review utilities consumptions and strive to minimum costs.
Supervise works of all external contractors.
Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required.
Attend and conduct training sessions and seminars such as mantrap.
Generates utilities consumption reports for processing of billings.
Prepares the budget for repair and maintenance.
Prepares weekly report regarding status of all facility and equipment.
Ensures compliance with all government requirements of the building.
Assist the property manager to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good condition.
