Description

  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in procurement processes, manage inventory levels, and support negotiation efforts.
  • Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing and vendor management.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
  • Prepare purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Conduct market research for cost-effective purchasing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the purchasing team in administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in time management and problem-solving; strong negotiation and inventory management skills.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment with the possibility of working under tight deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication abilities.
