Description
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and preparing purchase orders
- Track deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely receipt of items
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and timelines
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Follow up with vendors on order status and resolve any issues or delays
- Help evaluate supplier performance (price, quality, reliability)
- Assist with filing, reporting, and documentation for audit and compliance
- Support in negotiating pricing and terms, as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in purchasing/procurement or admin support is a plus (fresh grads are welcome!)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel & Word)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Honest, dependable, and resourceful
- Can start ASAP
