Description
- Assist in procurement activities by sourcing and purchasing supplies.
- Maintain and update purchase orders and vendor records.
- Analyze purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Prepare reports on purchasing metrics for management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong time management, inventory and vendor management, problem-solving, excellent communication, negotiating, and canvassing skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a team.
