Description

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating terms.
  • Process and track purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.

Requirements

  • With 3 years’ experience and up in handling and mentoring purchasing team.
  • Attentive to details and meticulous in checking of reports and other purchasing documents.
  • Knowledgeable in MS office especially excel. Flexible and can work with less supervision.
  • Willing to render overtime as need arises.
