Description

  • Creating and managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
  • Monitoring stocks levels, identifying purchasing needs, and placing order to maintain optimal inventory
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchase, inventors and vendor information
  • Analyzing costs, preparing reports on purchases, and identifying opportunities for cost savings

Requirements

  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in procurement software
  • A Bachelor Degree in Business, supply chain management or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in purchasing or procurement role
