- ソフトウェア開発プロセスにおける要求の整理、仕様策定、UXレビューの実施
- テスト計画の立案、テスト設計・実行、バグ報告、リリース後の確認作業
- 開発・テストプロセスの改善活動を主導し、品質向上に向けた課題提起および施策の企画・推進
◉開発環境
環境：React / TypeScript / Node.js / Golang
テストコード：Jest / PlaywrightもしくはCypress
インフラ：AWS / Docker
CI/CD：GitHub Actions
情報共有：Slack / Notion
開発手法：アジャイル（Kanban）
AI支援ツール：Cursor
Requirements
日本での以下の経験がある方
- BtoBアプリケーションのQA業務・テスト工程に関する実務経験（目安4年以上）
- 品質基準の確立と管理経験
- 品質保証やセキュリティに関連するITツールの導入・運用経験
外国籍の方の場合：N1保有
歓迎スキル
- 自動テストの設計、実装、運用の経験
- Webアプリケーションやモバイルアプリケーションの開発経験
- アジャイル開発におけるQA業務の経験
