• Inspect all materials stored in the warehouse using industry-appropriate methods to ensure good condition and compliance with standards.
• Lead and supervise internal warehouse inspections, inventory counts, and environmental and safety checks.
• Manage the quality control team to perform daily inspections, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.
• Prepare and summarize daily, weekly, and monthly quality control reports using MS Office or related software.
• Coordinate with other warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and proper task distribution.
• Assign daily inspection, inventory, and documentation tasks to front-line staff, ensuring efficient workload distribution.
• Review and address warehouse concerns such as inventory discrepancies, cleanliness, improper storage layout, or safety risks.
• Conduct spot checks on storage accuracy, inventory correctness, and storage layout efficiency.
• Verify and update product information in the system, including item dimensions, photos, and packaging details.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Atleast 1 year of experience in warehouse quality control, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality inspection standards and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
