Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies, conducting thorough testing processes, and actively participating in discussions to enhance the overall quality of the software. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting defects, contributing to continuous improvement efforts, and supporting the automation of testing processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality. - Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and design effective testing strategies. - Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and overall quality metrics. - Participate in code reviews to provide feedback on quality and testing considerations. - Support the automation of testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Bahasa. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze requirements and design effective test cases. - Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools.
