The Deal Desk Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance framework for deal desk operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in order management, contract structuring, and quote-to-cash processes. This role requires a strategic leader who can optimize workflows, validate pricing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth while maintaining policy adherence.

  • Oversee the quality assurance processes for deal desk operations within BPO.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and training sessions for the team.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance deal desk efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in BPO management or quality control.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quality Control, Process Improvement, Deal Structuring, and Data & Metrics Analysis. Experienced with Dynamics and Salesforce CRM.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee quality management processes, enhance order management systems, and ensure efficient Order to Cash cycles.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential remote work options.
