Description
- Assess project costs and budget management.
- Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial appraisal.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement.
- Monitor project progress and expenditure.
- Prepare and submit project reports and valuations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D modeling, and project estimation.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits as required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
