- Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects.
- Manage project finances and perform cost analysis.
- Prepare tender documents and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Provide financial guidance and support to project managers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cost estimating, budgeting, and contract management; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with site visits; flexibility to manage multiple projects.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork capabilities.
