Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team at Phirst Sights Bay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of real estate salespersons, developing sales strategies, and ensuring monthly sales targets are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage Sales Team – Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate salespersons.
  • Achieve Sales Targets – Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Monitor & Evaluate Performance – Track team performance, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase property bookings.
  • Customer Relations – Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth buying experience.
  • Market Analysis – Stay updated on real estate trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Report to Management – Provide regular sales reports and updates on market conditions.

Requirements

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Has at least 5 real estate salespersons under management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and marketing strategies
