Description

Recruitment staff are HR professionals responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring candidates to fill job openings within an organization.


  • Performing regular recruitment duties such as 
  • scheduling applicants’ interviews, 
  • updating the calendar accordingly, 
  • answering phone calls, and 
  • monitoring emails.
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements online and other platforms.
  • Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.
  • Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
  • Resolving issues such as interview cancellations, incident reports, etc.
  • Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
  • Working closely with the HRs to maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database and help in any relevant paperwork.
  • Event Management: Support the planning and organization of company events and team-building activities, and assist with the coordination of preparations and execution of the events.
  • Potential Labor and General Affairs Tasks: There may be instances where labor management or general affairs-related tasks arise, and in such cases, support will be provided as needed.
  • Other assigned tasks by the manager/employer

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources or any relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR particularly recruitment
  • Experience and familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Solid desktop/microsoft skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fine verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Resilience in the face of unexpected challenges and setbacks
