- Learn end-to-end recruitment processes through hands-on experience and training
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and other platforms
- Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Schedule interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Promote open roles and our employer brand across digital channels
- A recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field)
- Passionate about working with people and helping others grow their careers
- Organized, resourceful, and eager to learn new skills
- Strong communicator with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Able to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Advantage: Prior internship or campus involvement in HR, recruitment, or event coordination is a plus
