- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting strategies and payroll systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, assist with payroll, and maintain candidate databases.
