  • Excellent Communication skills. 
  • Experience working with US Citizens, Green cards. 
  • Experience working with direct clients/ W2 tax terms. 
  • Experience working in an MSP/VMS environment. Hands-on working experience on Non-IT Business professional requirements like HR roles,
  • Marketing, functional Project Manager, functional Business Analyst, Accounting/ Financial, Supply Chain/Procurement positions, etc. 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in US staffing (not more than this) 
  • Active listener, attention to detail and a team player. 
  • Amenable to work Night Shift
  • Someone flexible to work in PST (Not required, optional). 
  • Experience working in Canada requirements/ clients is nice but not required.
