Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure smooth transition into the organization.
  • Support the handling of employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Promote a positive work environment and ensure adherence to the code of conduct.
  • Monitor daily time records and validate attendance reports for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with payroll for timely processing and cut-off requirements.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and monitor compliance with evaluation timelines.
  • Assist in tracking performance concerns and providing support for improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate training programs based on identified needs and track employee development activities
  • Maintain accurate training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Administer employee benefits including government-mandated contributions, company programs, and insurance.
  • Support the timely processing of employee claims, loans, and other benefits-related transactions.
  • Ensure accurate and organize HR records, reports, and audit requirements.
  • Assist in compliance with labor laws, ISO standards and internal policies.
  • Update and maintain the HR metrics and analysis to support management decisions.
  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement and welfare programs
  • Contribute to communication efforts that enhance organizational culture and employee morale
  • Provide support to junior HRD Staff and act as a backup when necessary
  • Perform other HR-related tasks and special projects as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in various HR functions
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws, HR systems, and compliance requirement.
  • Strong interpersonal , communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications
  • Experience in ISO-certified or manufacturing environments is an advantage
